CDBG/CV Housing - Request for Proposals (RFP)

The State Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) is pleased to announce the availability of $3M in Community Development Block Grant, COVID (CDBG/CV) funding in support of affordable housing projects related to COVID needs. This resource is generally governed by CDBG regulations. Applications forms/materials are listed below. The overall CDBG/CV Handbook is also listed below for reference - Please note, however, this handbook contains some content applicable to activities not requested through this RFP which is limited to affordable housing.

The due date for application is by 3pm on Wednesday, March 3rd. Applications, in their entirety, must be submitted in a single email to Kimberly Crabill at [email protected]. Applicants are cautioned to factor time necessary for files to transmit electronically by the deadline. No applications will be accepted after the due date and time specified in this RFP.
